Velora · Always-on coordinator

The 24/7 back-office agent for solo wedding planners.

Most solo studios juggle fifteen to twenty vendors per wedding from a single inbox. Velora reads it with you. It drafts and sends replies, keeps timelines current, chases RSVPs and deposits, and pings florists, venues, photographers, DJs, and couples the moment action is needed — even at 2 a.m.

24 / 7 vendor inbox monitor

Drafted, sent, and logged in the planner’s voice.

The cron classifier reads the chain, signals which category and intent, runs the sensitive-detector, auto-sends the non-sensitive thread in your coordinator voice, and queues the rest for your approval. Every step appends to a SHA-256-chained activity log.

Open the inbox

Where HoneyBook AI, Aisle Planner, Dubsado, and Zola for Professionals still put a human approve-before-send gate in front of every draft, Velora operates the whole back office.

What changes overnight

Stop trading nights and weekends for inbox triage.

Velora doesn't append a small AI feature to one module. It absorbs the back-office work that keeps one-planner studios small — vendor reply chains, timeline drift, RSVP silence, deposit stalls — and runs them autonomously so you can take on more weddings at the same pace.

Vendor inbox, watched

Vendor threads close themselves.

Florist needs a headcount. Venue needs load-in. Catering needs a vendor meal count. Velora reads the chain, drafts a reply in your planner voice, sends it, and cc's whoever else needs to be on the thread — without the approve-before-send gate HoneyBook AI and Aisle Planner still make you click through.

  • Vendor-aware phrasing trained on planner-to-vendor etiquette
  • Auto-cc of venue lead, catering, MUA when the thread implies it
  • Clear activity log of every reply and ping the agent sent

2 a.m. is a workday.

Vendor moved the load-in window. DJ is stuck on the turnpike. Florist can't find the entry door. Velora pings the couple, the venue coordinator, and the photographer, and posts the answer back to your timeline — long before your phone buzzes.

Run-of-show, never stale.

Every accepted vendor reply updates the run-of-show document, the day-of timeline, and the couple portal in one pass. Planners never arrive at a venue carrying a printed file that contradicts the florist's last text.

A Saturday without you babysitting the inbox

Theo's wedding · a 14-vendor Saturday, fully coordinated.

Every band below is what Velora handled while you were at the rehearsal walk-through.

  1. 06:42

    Step 1 of 4

Reading the overnight inbox before you wake up

Four new threads. A photographer asking about golden-hour tilt, a venue coordinator confirming kitchen access, a florist chasing the linens colour, and a refund deposit cleared from a previous booking. Velora replies to three, files one for you, and pings the couple to confirm the bridal-party arrival.

  2. 11:30

    Step 2 of 4

Mid-morning — load-in window holds and the vendor chain catches up

Venue's dock is overbooked. Velora negotiates the slot back, replies to catering and the rental team in your voice, updates the run-of-show, and posts the new lock-in window to the couple portal. Ten minutes, zero texts to you.

  3. 16:08

    Step 3 of 4

Hour before guests arrive — chasing what would have stalled

Three outstanding RSVPs from the couple's extended family, one outstanding venue balance, and an unanswered message from the day-of MUA. Velora sends three nudges, drafts a polite deposit reminder, and logs every action in the activity feed you can scroll from your phone.

  4. 23:51

    Step 4 of 4

Late night — couples are sending their thank-yous already

One of the guests has flagged a lost-and-found question on the contact form. Velora drafts a warm reply to the couple in their own voice and routes the vendor-supplied item pickup details to the venue coordinator for the morning.

Founded by the studio, not the deck

I'm running an all-inclusive wedding studio in Temecula and the NYC metro area — every booking runs through me. Velora is the agent I built so the inbox stops being the third partner on every contract.

FAQ

The questions solo planners ask first.

Anything unanswered — write directly tovelora-zlp6b2@polsia.app.

Privacy · guest lists & sensitive comms

The wedding trade press has flagged guest-list data as a concern. We took that seriously.

Sensitive communications are opt-in per wedding. Guest-list data sits under strict access boundaries, scoped retention, and minimal use — and only for the coordination work the planner actually asked for. We never use wedding data to train third-party models, and we publish a plain-language privacy page per booking.
